Job Summary

Position Duties :-

Demonstrate detailed Cvent product knowledge, particularly the Event Management solution,
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementation on all Cvent-hosted large-scale events including, but not limited to (Cvent CONNECT US/UK, EMA and other ad-hoc specialty events as needed)
Configure complex event work flows based on Event Marketing Team s requirements and standardize simple event work flows that can be templatized for factory events and managed by Campaign Teams.
Event Registration Implementation with particular emphasis on Event Core Platform Products Functions to include registration paths, registration types, registration surveys, API integrations, Admission item and session logic, discounts, fees, taxes, reporting, Planner Alerts
Help build new events on Cvent s new product Virtual Attendee Hub
Provide technical consultative direction for optimization and standardization of event types.
Perform QA for various outputs
Consult with internal team on the feasibility of event management operational design and timeline for complex projects and event elements (registration launch, agenda build, passkey development, out-of-the box integrations).
Manage quality assurance process for client deliverables and provide constructive feedback to internal team members in an effort to improve overall delivery process.
Contribute towards internal departmental process documentation.
Manage concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
Keep abreast with the latest developments on Cvent Product and liaise with Marketing Counterparts to ensure readiness.
Work closely with Project Manager to relay updates on deliverables and milestones.

Candidate Requirement:-

Ability to process and conceptualize complex workflows
Strong technical proficiencies in Cvent Event Management Solution required
Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying industry specific business knowledge.
Configuration of workflows in Cvent, including working knowledge of HTML, CSS is preferred
Strong project management skills
Minimum of 4+ years of work experience in a client support role, customer service, corporate or association meeting planning, or IT/Tech project management
Experience working in a Fortune 1000 corporation, travel, hospitality, software or other high-tech industry a plus
Event Management or Hospitality experience a plus
Excel at developing client relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom and Outlook
Prior use of products such as Salesforce.com and Marketo a plus
