Cvent's Global Demand Center is seeking a motivated and passionate Database Marketing Associate that will work as an Integration and Automation specialist. This role requires to map and execute all activities related to the integration of data across various sources into an organized and unified view. This individual will also be responsible for the monitoring of data flow between marketing systems/databases and support optimized use of Cvents extensive marketing database. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role. Cvents Global Demand Center manages the technology, processes and data that generate leads and demand for Cvents suite of products. We are an internal shared-services agency housing digital, email, web and database marketing as well as full life cycle campaign and program management and execution. This technical role will support the Database Marketing efforts through data integration and query optimization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, inquisitive and can shift and manage priorities often. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and executive multiple tasks is required to be successful in this position.

Position Responsibilities:

Drive process re-engineering to find automation opportunities Implement data-based solutions to support systems integration and testing
Focus on effective campaign segmentation and campaign performance measures
Import, analyze and extract data/information by using SSMS/MS SQL Server
Support data projects via requirement gathering, planning, and successful execution

Technical Skills:

Experience in SQL, SSIS

Tableau and SSRS

Proficient in MS Office Suites (Excel/Word/PPT etc.)

Hands-on process automation experience

Basic knowledge of SalesForce.com, Marketo is a plus.

Marketing data knowledge is a big plus
