Tableau Developer - Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer with expertise in creating impactful and user-friendly dashboards. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and delivering data-driven solutions that adhere to UX standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tableau and SQL, with additional knowledge of data warehouses and Ad Tech being a plus. Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Tableau Expertise: Strong proficiency in creating Tableau dashboards that are visually appealing and effective in communicating insights.
  • SQL Proficiency: Solid understanding of SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
  • Data Warehouse Experience: Experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies.
  • Ad Tech Knowledge: Experience working in the Ad Tech domain is preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand requirements, then translate those into intuitive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau.
  • Data Manipulation: Use SQL to query and manipulate data as needed for dashboard creation.
  • Data Warehouse Integration: Work with data warehouse concepts and create extracts for efficient Tableau performance.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Manage and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server, ensuring reliability, uptime, and accessibility.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
