Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for Linux administrator role is responsible for handling incident, monitoring and maintenance of facing applications located within Data Centers. Key technologies include Linux, Windows, Storage, Backup, Database, Middleware and several web server technologies. The candidate must be able to provide expert and prompt technology operations support in a high energy, fast paced environment.

To be the right fit, you'll need:
Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Good experience in providing support in Linux and VMware. RHCE Certification will be added advantage.
• Good analytical skills and should be able to handle critical situations
• Experience in Data Center/Incident Management Environment Required.
• Solid understanding of network technology concepts and usage.
• Engages vendors for onsite repair/maintenance where applicable.
• Technical escalation documentation and tracking.
• Completion of routine service and incident requests within Service Level Objectives.
• Develop and implement operational processes for critical applications.
• Evaluate and implement best practices for all critical systems and applications.
• Ability to prioritize, diagnose and independently fix issues.
• Ability to articulate and maintain attention to technical details.
• Ability to follow through and document issues to resolution.
• Must be willing work in a 24x7x365 environment. This will include a 24/7 shared on-call schedule.
