Job Responsibilities

• Create detailed explanations of complex technical information that are clear, accurate, concise, engaging, and accessible to user personas with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Author, edit, and publish a wide variety of technical materials that convey the vision and use cases of product and service capabilities.
• Perform editorial and pre-publication reviews of peer-developed content, providing clear recommendations for improvement in spelling, grammar, and punctuation, as well as clarity and engagement.
• Build content strategy and devise a content development framework that will help the organization achieve its short-term and long-term objectives
• Write high-quality, result-driven content ranging from website copy, blog pages, white papers, email marketing copies, etc.
• Manage a team of other contempt development associates and interns, and collaborate with other marketing team members like marketing manager, SEO, graphic designers, and other business units
• Knowledge and experience of managing social media accounts will be a plus and you will be assigned the company s social media accounts as well.
• Build content performance reports and maintain associated data
• Measure website content performance in a time-bound manner and use the insight to create more effective content strategies for the organization
• Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services
• Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social networks
• Skillfully manage multiple competing projects simultaneously, by effectively managing time expectations and dependencies, and prioritizing daily tasks to publish content according to project deadlines.
