Description:

We are looking for a service delivery manager to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring services to maintain customer satisfaction. Service delivery manager, will be responsible to manage multiple projects, resolving customer pain points, tracking service metrics, managing budgets, and leading the service delivery team. He will oversee technical delivery with use of appropriate tools & technologies as well as lead team during crisis/outage situation, helping team troubleshooting technical issues. He will also be responsible for team performance and checking the quality of deliverables.

As a delivery manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and teamworking skills. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills.

Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Managing finances and budgets. Deliver agreed solution within defined timelines and cost.
  • Will be responsible for technical delivery and efforts put on by services team.
  • Identify avenues to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Program Governance with internal & external stakeholders
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Support Presales team to win deals by providing Techno-functional guidance
  • Support sales team to increase revenue from existing services or by providing insights for new business from existing customers

Service Delivery Manager Requirements:

  • A bachelor s degree in a business-related field.
  • Overall 15+ Years of exp. and 5+ years of delivery management experience.
  • Any project management certifications like PMP, Prince2, Scaled Agile will be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Brilliant resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer management skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience at software services company in dealing with international client is must

Service Delivery Manager Skills:

  • A highly motivated person that is passionate about collaborating with others to drive results and can motivate others to do the same to improve the organization.
  • A team player who is open-minded, proactive and process-driven.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills.

  • Highly proficient with MS Office, Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools)
  • Must have knowledge of DevOps, Cloud services, SDLC, Agile methodology along with one or more programming language. Person shall be well versed with latest Tools & Technologies.
