We are looking to recruit dynamic and calm headed person for our legal department who will be reporting to Legal head.
Candidate must be humble, possess and demonstrate highest level of integrity and must be self-motivated, have passion to learn new things, provide innovative ideas / thoughts and more importantly act as a team player.
The job profile mentioned below is indicative and successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of legal exposure.
- Draft, review and negotiate Agreements related to company s variety of products and service offerings
- Design and oversee the company s policies and position on legal matters, HR as well as IT compliance
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations not only for Indian contract but also for International contract.
- Examine the legal issues from various countries perspective in relation to new products and services from
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations and highlighting them on timely manner
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Probable exposure will be available specifically for Intellectual property, international JVs, Corporate finance agreement with banks, apart from other business contract work.
