Job Summary

What you ll Get to Do:

  • Product development, Planning, implementing new programs.Build world-class products.
  • Developing and executing new product development and work with the commercialisation team to bring these products to market
  • Keeping an eye on developing trends and on what the competition is doing. Analysis and a sound understanding of current conditions within a specific sector or market
  • Creating design projects and overall responsible for release the product to the Production team. Presenting product designs to management and stakeholders. Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes
  • Candidate must have 10 years of experience in R&D working on Electronic and Electrical preferably in Li-ion Battery and Battery Management System experience
  • Candidate must have ability to understand ESS Storage Battery & Electric vehicles terminology

What you ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • You have B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths (M Tech would be even better!)
  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in the Electric Vehicle space withpower electronics & vehicle electrification.
  • You have 5+ years in LVDC inverters at the system level
  • PE Hardwareknowledge including; Power Modules, Microcontrollers, Thermal and Vibration Analysis.
  • PE Software knowledge including; Applications requirements, algorithm development, functional safety, CAN protocol, Communication software and development tools.
  • Should be working for ISO companies and should have good understanding of AIS / BIS standards.
  • Ability to prepare test plan based on product Requirement / complexity /platform commonality etc.
  • Excellent communication both Verbal and Written skills in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Coordinate with multiple teams for successful project completion and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of current market scenario
  • Ability to handle the pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management/organizational skills
