Roles and Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers and HR teams to understand and meet recruitment needs.

Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.

Manage recruitment budgets, including job postings and travel costs.

Continuously refine recruitment processes for better efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Familiarity with recruitment strategies and tools.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
