Charging Analyst Job in Cynosure Corporate Solutions

Role Purpose

Ensure the operational stability of Charging system with the various housekeeping and operational activities. Work with internal team and external vendor to manage this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Operations, Maintenance, Upgrades, Integrations and Stability of theonline charging system (CBS/OCS), and USSD GW .Provide extensive technical and operational support for Prepaid charging system(Huawei OCS), USSD GW, STP and SMSC.

Skills and Experience:

• Has worked in an overseeing capacity Charging System Services Delivery.
• Expert Knowledge of Intelligent Networks and Charging Systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Wireless/Prepaid technologies.
• Excellent knowledge on scripting and SQL.
• Excellent knowledge on CAMEL and Diameter call flows.
• Bachelors/Masters Degree Graduate.
• System expertise specifically on Huawei/Ericsson or Any Online Charging system.

• Uptime of core IN and peripheral system
