We are looking for a hands-on creative lead with Minimum 3years of work experience, who can bring strategic thinking to communication, is able to independently engage with stakeholders, understand marketing problems and translate them into comms problems/solutions. This role will be responsible for all visual communication pieces going across owned, paid and earned media. It is best if the candidate has exposure to both static and moving content and has worked on creating media, CRM and blog comms at scale.
Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
