Job Summary


Job Profile:The candidate will be a part of global team supporting different applications. Candidate must have good knowledge about installation, configuration and maintenance of databases, engineering application (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SMAP3D, MicroStation and Smarteam etc..). A good communication skill is a must as the candidate is expected to support interact and support international offices.
Roles &Responsibility:
  • Implement and technically maintain the company's Global Applications as decided by Functional application management.
  • Develop implement and maintain a world class and cost-effective application management process for the company's Global Applications. (Request for Changes management and software releases)
  • Monitors and Manages the technical consistency between several company's global applications (interfaces if applicable)
  • Tertiary level of ICT and technical application management skills in international and multinational companies
  • The ability to think, act and advice in business processes, to link functional requirements to technical implementations in Business Software
  • Superior capabilities in getting things done especially with process owners
  • Should be clear, systematic, structured and can remain focused on goals in a complex environment
Must have skills:Knowledge of Database
  • SQL
  • Oracle (Optional)
Engineering Applications (installation and Configuration)

Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) System
  • PRO.FILE

Programming languages
  • Visual Basic

Knowledge in ERP SystemsTasks (within CAD-PDM):
  • Build queries and reports
  • Maintain authorization settings
  • Data management (maintain master data, file transfer, data import/export)
  • Monitoring replicating and interfacing facilities
  • Trouble shooting
  • Implementing new releases or additional modules
Good to Have Skills
  • Installation and configuration of Windows servers
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Networking and configuration of Switches
