Job Summary
  • Willing to do 60 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile.
  • Should be well versed on LinkedIn. Should have a valid LinkedIn profile with at least 500+ connections.
  • Must have prior experience using one CRM system and should be able to explain the process flow.
  • Should have done enough research about Inkwell offerings and should be able to explain during the interview process. This will be a minimum benchmark.
  • Identify/Assessing potential clients and fix meetings according to our key services areas.
  • Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Highly motivated and ability to achieve the targets/expectations in terms of meetings, pilots, samples, and revenue set by the organization.
  • Candidate should be open to work from Chennai office and also, open to travel (Domestic and International).

Skills Required:

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Science or IT/Computer Science.
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development with Publishing and Creative Production Services.
  • Should be proficient in English (speaking and writing).
  • Skill in identifying and comprehending customer experience issues.
  • Skills such as Apollo.ai, LinkedIn Sale Navigator, Speedy etc.
  • Selling and upselling.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and compare various services.
  • Strong Leadership and Account Management skills.
  • Ability to drive the team with targets to achieve.
  • Vision Towards Quality in solution.
  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
