Providing technical leadership to the team and lead by example by delivering excellent quality of solutions to technical problems.

Design, develop, and unit test applications.

Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Provide third-level support to business users.

Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements for the team.

Participate in agile estimations, planning, daily ceremonies and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in the team.

Develop, refine, and tune integration between applications.

6+ years of experience in enterprise software design and development with Pega PRPC.

Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to "think outside the box"

Initiative and drive to work through problems independently

Solid experience in Pega based modules/products such as Pega Customer Service, Field Services and Pega Call a bonus.

Pega CSSA certified 7.4 and above

Leadership skills and able to work closely with a team, leading by example.

10+ Years of enterprise software design skills in more than one key development language environment used by the company (Java, C++, C#, Pega PRPC).

Familiar with few databases, like Oracle, PostgreSQL

Experience in code reviews and sharing feedback with peers

Experience in owning the tasks and completing it with little/no supervision

Experience working in Agile Development Methodology

Good communication skills
