Job Summary

Job Description

1-3 years of experience in UX design / interaction design / product design.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototype and
UI/Visual Design and site maps.
User-centric approach to design and an understanding of various user research
methodologies and how to apply research insights into product development
Proficiency with a range of interaction design, visualization, and rapid design
prototyping tools
Passion for design and strong command of visual design capabilities, including
composition, layout information hierarchy, typography and color.
Proven experience driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as
Development, Test, Program Management, other designers and research.
Developed and documented detailed user experience specifications
Designed portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and the delivery of solid end
to end scenarios
Ability to use humor and energy to keep the momentum going

Requirements

  • Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research,
  • wire framing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.
  • Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc...)
  • Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy into your
  • Concepts
  • An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product
  • owner needs
