Product Designer Job in Cynosure Corporate Solutions

Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users

Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant that support a global reach of users, supporting accessibility as well.

Give useful feedback to the designers in order to continually raise our bar to improve the usability to our learners

Work closely with the product and design team ensuring good process & practices are followed

Conduct user research and usability tests

Create flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and detailed visual design

Support and validate these via analysis of quantitative and qualitative data

Stay on top of the current trends in UX, design and ecommerce

Collaborate with Product Owners to help them understand user flows and aid with decision-making on product flows

Document and analyze design requirements for the Product team.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our agile development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience directly related to this position.

Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.

Strong understanding of the UX design process

Experience in planning and conducting user research and competitor analysis

Determine information architecture and create sitemaps

Prototyping and wire-framing skills

Understanding of interaction design principles

Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

Strong visual and verbal communication skills

Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
