Job Summary

Functional Skills:

  • Should have sales experience in automation products like Servo motors and drives, motion controllers, PLC, HMI stepper motors etc.,
  • Basic knowledge of Robotics will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in dealing with OEM's and EU's.
  • Should have good presentation skills and negotiation skills.
  • Competent in handling product demos and technical queries to customers.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Power point.
  • Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
  • Behavioral Skills: Sense of Urgency, target oriented and dedicated to complete on assignments.
  • Travel Requirements: Needs to travel across PAN India for business purpose.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets.
  • Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Develop new customers by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls.
  • Planning and forecasting of sales on monthly / quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers.
  • Develop & maintain good relationship with Customers and Channel Partners
  • Maintain and analyse region and industry specific data as per business needs.
  • Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
