Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and networking devices.
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs as needed.
  • Provide on-site support for clients when required.
  • Assist in network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Document service reports and maintain records of issues and solutions.
  • Work closely with the IT team to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client support requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Knowledge of OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, etc.).
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (Desktops, Laptops, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply
