Skills Required:

• Good oral & written communication skills
• Aggressive attitude to handle pressure and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with other teams
• Must have sound working knowledge of different software
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting Demo/PoC of application.
• Onsite/offsite Installation/Implementation of application.
• Onsite Customer visit for application functional training and query handling
• Provide first level Technical/Non-technical support (Onsite/Offsite)
• Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and provide appropriate solution
• Keep technical and product knowledge up to date through self-learning & internal training
• Ability to identify & solve the user issues over mail/telephone/remote access.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.
