About the Role

Cynoteck is hiring an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online sales across major platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our D2C e-commerce website. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both marketplace management and digital advertising, with a clear focus on ROI-driven campaigns, product listing optimization, and data-backed performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata CLiQ, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee the company s e-commerce website, ensuring an intuitive user interface, updated inventory, and seamless payment/logistics integration.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics like CTR, conversions, bounce rates, abandoned carts, and customer feedback.
  • Plan and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal deals to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Performance Marketing

  • Strategize and execute PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads.
  • Optimize ad performance through targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
  • Improve ROI by refining keywords, creatives, ad copies, and audience segmentation.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and Meta Business Suite for performance tracking and insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts, including advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and campaign optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce SEO, product visibility, keyword ranking, and online customer behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data to drive marketing strategy.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar listing/ad optimization tools.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative tools for ad design.
