Cynoteck is hiring an experienced and motivated Java Developer with a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. As part of our development team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user and system requirements to define software solutions.
• Design flowcharts and diagrams to outline application architecture.
• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using Java, Spring Boot, and other Java-based technologies.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and front-end interactions.
• Prioritize and manage tasks throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timeline adherence.
• Participate in Agile or Waterfall project execution models as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and architecture artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as JSF, Hibernate, Struts, and EJB.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with MySQL; MongoDB is a plus.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and various SDLC stages.
• Working knowledge of GIT for version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and switch between technologies with ease.
