About the Role
Cynoteck is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead with a hunter mindset to drive strategic business growth in North America, India, and the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and establishing Cynoteck as a trusted IT services provider in global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring new business in target regions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships, positioning Cynoteck as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with practice and delivery teams to create compelling proposals, pricing, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent Cynoteck at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Drive outbound prospecting and maintain an accurate, high-quality sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to align on lead generation and opportunity development.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key enterprise accounts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7 10 years of proven experience in selling IT services, digital transformation, or IT consulting solutions.
- Strong background in consultative selling with measurable year-over-year revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience in proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing C-level relationships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 50% for client meetings and industry events.
