About the Role

Cynoteck is hiring a Salesforce Developer with 2 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud development. This role requires expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Account Engagement (Pardot). As a key member of our team, you will design, build, and optimize customized Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
• Write Apex classes, triggers, and unit tests following best practices.
• Build responsive and dynamic Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience.
• Configure and manage Account Engagement (Pardot) for effective marketing automation, lead scoring, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and process flows.
• Ensure platform scalability, security compliance, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and LWC.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Account Engagement (Pardot): managing prospects, automation rules, and lead scoring.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
• Other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Marketing Cloud) are a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
