• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Develop new components and features for mobile app(s).
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Experience working with a JavaScript framework, preferably React/React Native.
• Firm grasp of the synchronous and asynchronous JavaScript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• Understanding of Flexbox based mobile UI designKnowledge in React Native and approach towards component based structuring.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle and state management libraries of React, like Redux, is an added advantage.
• Good sense of design, animations and micro-interactions is a plus.
