Job Summary Job Description
  • Product Applications engineer keen to deliver USB / SERDES solutions
  • Knowledge in the areas of Systems Design for Notebook computers, Dock applications
  • Bring-up USB Super Speed/ FPGA based system boards
  • Own and Execute delivery of application collaterals, reference designs and firmware solutions
  • Hands on experience in analog and microcontroller based schematic design and able to define layout guidelines
  • Train/mentor team of applications engineers
  • Work with partners and lead customers, design and develop development kits, Reference design kits to demonstrate the silicon functionality
  • Customer centric problem solver and team player

Qualification :
Skills
  • Masters in Electrical Engineering / Electronics engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in design of USB, SERDES or any Hi Frequency products
  • Able to develop firmware with ARM Cortex M architecture
  • Ability to understand and debug complex hardware Systems
  • Knowledge of VHDL/Verilog coding skills are advantageous
  • Understanding of EMC / EMI and compliance standards relevant to SERDES/USB sub systems
  • Experience in embedded system design or applications/customer support would be a plus
  • Demonstrate ability to design turnkey solution and understand all aspects of product life cycle are a plus
  • Strong team-player and practical hands-on problem solver
  • Ability to multitask in a high energy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for solving customer problems in a collaborative manner
