Staff Product Mktg Engr Job in Cypress Semiconductor Corporation

We are actively searching for a Product Marketer to join the rapidly growing Wired Connectivity Solutions Product Line. In this role, you will be responsible for the below activities:
Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for the Wired Connectivity Business Unit.
Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product.
Own the cradle-to-grave product life cycle management from New Product Plan (NPP) to End of Life (EOL).
Lead the marketing efforts in generating strong momentum ahead of new product launches.
Create training materials and training programs for sales and field application engineering teams.
Implement reference design and partnership programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for sales funnel expansion.
Meet project and business milestones while adhere to approved goals and budgets.
Research and develop pricing policies to maximize value based selling. Resolve customer technical and business issues with regional support staffs. Collaborate with sales and FAEs to meet customer needs.
Stay abreast with market changes, customer demand fluctuations and competitive dynamics. Use real-time data to adjust quarterly plans that best serve organizational objectives.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Desired Skills/ Experience
Knowledge of Wired connectivity standards, like USB, USB-C, MIPI, PCIe, HDMI and DisplayPort.
Hands-on experience/knowledge in software/hardware development or application engineering is a big plus.
Extensive experience in direct customer interaction in a marketing, engineering or business role.
5+ years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor/ Embedded systems marketing
A university degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
