Law graduates or Post graduates with at least 5 years of experience in handling Trademark Oppositions, Revocations and other contested proceedings.

Persons below the age of 40 with ethical and professional outlook are welcome to write. Must be able to travel and work long hours. Excellent remuneration. Candidates shall be posted in Calcutta/Delhi/Chennai/Pune/Bangalore after 1 year of intensive training in Calcutta. Accomodation will be provided if needed.
