Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in business documentation, and hands-on experience with automation tools. You ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft clear and detailed business documents and functional design documents
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with stakeholders and technical teams
• Apply consultative and interpersonal skills to gather and analyze requirements
• Think creatively and proactively to identify process improvements and innovative solutions
• Perform analytical thinking and problem-solving to support business objectives
• Deliver work with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Understand underlying networks, databases, and technology infrastructure relevant to business needs
• Enhance customer experience through improved business processes
• Utilize SQL, VBA, Macros, Python, Selenium, and scripting languages to support automation initiatives
• Lead or participate in intermediate to advanced automation projects with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Leverage industry knowledge from FinTech, Banking, Credit, or Payment sectors (preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience drafting business and functional design documents
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and creatively in fast-changing environments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Working knowledge of networks, databases, and relevant technologies
• Proficiency in automation tools and programming/scripting languages like SQL, VBA, Python, Selenium
• At least 1 year of experience in intermediate to advanced automation
• Experience in FinTech or related financial industries is highly desirable
