Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester with 1 to 3 years of experience in manual and performance testing to ensure the highest quality of our web and mobile applications. You will play a critical role in delivering reliable software products that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing across multiple platforms including web and mobile applications
- Conduct thorough software testing (QA) including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Test Cloud-based and web solutions to ensure robustness and reliability
- Develop and execute detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Analyze customer requirements and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
- Proactively identify and escalate issues, risks, and bugs to development teams
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through clear communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manual software testing
- Knowledge of mobile app testing, performance testing, and cloud application testing
- Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and software functionality
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality
