Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented SQL Developer with 1 to 4 years of experience to develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions that support our financial technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in T-SQL, MSBI tools, and database design principles, capable of managing migration and deployment activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions
- Develop and deploy ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Design and create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Create and manage database objects including tables, views, indexes, and schemas
- Perform migration and deployment of MSBI tool stack components (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) and SQL Server database objects
- Develop Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams to model proposed database structures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, efficient, and secure database schema design
- Apply strong data modeling principles to build optimized, maintainable database systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in T-SQL programming and writing optimized queries
- Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and creating database objects
- Knowledge of MSBI tool stack migration and deployment processes
- Ability to design and interpret ER diagrams and database schema designs
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Finance sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL Server versions 2012 and above
