Roles and Responsibilities :

• Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the defined territory and be responsible for new client acquisition
• Build a culture and concept of solution based consultative selling

• Lead sales process right from lead generation to business closure in an IT services company
• Lead and schedule regular review meetings with sales team and leadership
