Job Responsibilities :


Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occur
Ensure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third parties
Proactively follow the solution progress of incidents
Responsible for the monitoring and the analysis of possible sources of error
keep stakeholders up-to-date on system-relevant incidents
Follow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request Management
Evangelize best practices and methodologies
Identify opportunities to automate processes and procedures
Cultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions
Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team-members

Mandatory Requirements :



Expert knowledge and hands on experience with CI-CD tool chains. E.g. Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible etc.
Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Linux OS
Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Middleware Management. E.g. WebSphere, JBoss, MQ
Good knowledge on RDBMS (DB2/PostgreSQL)
