Job Description

Danfoss is looking foran experienced Salesforce platform administrator & Cloud platform owner to join our organization and help set the direction for how we use Salesforce in Danfoss. The role involves key responsibility for the Salesforce platform and in addition it potentially demands contribution as a cloud platform owner of other Customer facing cloud platforms.

Background and skills

• 4+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning platform
• Strong understanding of the platform and best practice
• Experience with Sales, Service and marketing cloud
• Exposure to Apex, Visual Force
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze a complicated problem and communicate succinctly accurately and coherently to a team with different skill sets.
• Ability to work with a global team
• Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Ability to manage the platform on a daily basis, including profiles, roles, licenses, customization of objects etc.
• Ability to plan for and execute on continuous improvements
• Experience with administrating other cloud platforms
• Ability to do operational reporting
