Store Hostesses Job in Dash Square

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all clients entering the store and direct them accordingly
• Answer all client questions
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Remain knowledgeable on all Dash Square products, sales, and customer policies
• Remain up-to-date on all collections

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience working on luxury brands is a plus
• Team-player mentality with the strong verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and some holidays
