Job Summary

DataBeat Consulting is seeking to hire a senior consultant to manage our media execution practice. We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Leadership. Your responsibilities will include delivery, client relationship management, leadership, team development, business development among other things.

You may be required to kickstart a new project/ account; Or manage client relationships and grow accounts; Or help the Recruitment team design and run the interview scheduling process.

Location: Hyderabad

Work Hours: 4PM 1AM

Years of experience: 3 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire subject matter expertise in Media and Adtech space over a period of time to own revenue management on behalf of the client and be their trusted advisor
  • Manage and build a high-performance team of account managers and data analysts (with the below responsibilities) as the case may be through the day to day activities, being involved in their hiring, coaching, mentoring & growth
    • Own, manage and grow the client (Publisher or AdTech) revenue
    • Study the data, identify patterns, present insights and make recommendations to support the client on business decisions
    • Extract relevant data from the tools and systems to be able to solve a business problem at hand
    • Traffic, optimize and manage campaigns in the ad server of Publishers
  • Own the reporting systems and needs (periodic or ad-hoc) of the client
  • Maintain a cadence of regular meetings with clients to understand their roadmaps and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to grow the partnership beyond any initial deal
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship with major key clients by onboarding and managing them
  • Be a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and drive revenue upticks Proactively resolve business and operational issues with clients
  • Lead multiple accounts and solve high complexity client problems

  • Be efficient in building and/or guiding teams in creating high-quality deliverables
  • Interact/ address CXO-level audience and deliver impactful presentations/workshops

Requirements:

  • Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT)
  • Experience in AdTech/Digital Media space
  • Ability to take decisions based on sound logical arguments. Seek continuous feedback to deliver the most optimal solutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication skills (fluency, clarity of thought)
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills (expert-level knowledge and ability to guide teams on MS Excel) and curious to explore large volumes of data and eye to spot trends; comfortable with data (calculations on the fly)
  • Ability to positively engage with the clients and build strong long-term relationships
  • Strong team player; Keen interest in mentoring and grooming team members
