Job Summary
  • Research the internet and extract company and contact names from social media websites and web directories
  • Source contact information such as email address and phone numbers using different tools and techniques
  • Validate the sourced email addresses using email validation tools and categorize them into valid, catchall, spam trap and invalid
  • Conduct email campaigns using mass mailer tools. Analyze, record and segregate the responses into positive, neutral and negative
  • Update and maintain DNC/DND lists, existing opportunities and customers list
  • Find new ways to source and extract business contact information from various channels
  • Upload and maintain leads in the CRM and distribute them to sales callers
  • Recycle leads on a regular basis and maintain leads quality and authenticity
  • Generate email campaign reports, cold calling reports, market research reports, sales reports, etc. on a regular basis
