Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own quality of data delivered to multiple clients. Build a process to identify quality issues automatically
- Estimate and own timeline for delivery for each client
- Identify risks and raise them early to establish mitigation plan well early
- Collaboration with multiple groups to ensure that the core capabilities are leveraged for delivering to clients
- Identify and execute automation opportunities
- Assess the current approach for delivery and suggest improved way
- Mentor and lead the delivery team
- Interact with the customers based on the need
- Represent delivery team to internal teams and external world
Skills & Requirements
- Relevant experience of 10-12 years
- Extensive knowledge and working experience in software development process
- Experience in programming and large system development including code reviews and testing
- Experience related to setting up quality processes and execution
- Good communication skills
- Exposure to analytics delivery and problem solving
- Has led a team of small/medium size and collaborated with multiple team to deliver software.
