Job Summary

Responsibilities: Provide exceptional chat support to our clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. Engage in real-time conversations, answering queries related to our digital advertising services and products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and accurate solutions to customer concerns. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries for analysis and improvement. Assist in the development of support materials, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor s degree in any field. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively in live chat interactions. Keen interest in digital advertising and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
