Daily offline/online clients meets
Enhance Client Relationship and experience
Lead to conversation follow up & Sending Quotations & Maintaining CRM Software
Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (Call, Email & SMS)
Work as a bridge between the internal team & client (Multi-department)
Daily Leads Follow-up
Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings

Work on Targets and achieve them as required
