Brief Description
The Pre-Sales Manager plays a vital role in Decimal s Sales process. As a PSM, you will be expected to own and engage every step of the sales process from ice-breaker meets to sales closure. Ownership of activities is vital and we are looking for dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and demonstrate intent to seize the initiative. It is a high impact, high visibility and very challenging client facing role that provides ample opportunity to learn & demonstrate new skillsets and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Owning end-to-end technical and solutions sales along with the sales team
Supporting Sales team with handling presales activities from sourcing to deal closure.
Defining and architecting solutions, delivering product demos, preparing corporate and product offering collaterals, brochures, datasheets, concept videos, client/investor presentations, proposals
Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders (internal and external)
Prepare content for marketing and company presentations to clients.
Preparing approach notes, documents, concept notes, business requirement document, technical and functional specifications, proposal.
Supporting in technical proposal writing, responding to bids/RFI/RFPs
Building partnerships, competitions analysis, international and domestic market study

Job Qualifications
MBA/Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum experience of 5 yrs
Good communication, articulation skills
Possess effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly.
Experience in Banking and ITeS preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience in sales preferred but not mandatory
