• Experience in APM role for a minimum of 2 -years.
• Should have handled support cum Enhancement Projects
• Should be hands -on with Oracle (PL-SQL) and JAVA and UNIX technologies & thorough understanding of underlying architecture.
• Sound understanding of Agile processes/methodologies
• Manage Issues & Risks.
• Expert in Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain Quality of Delivery & CSAT
• Expert in Budget & Time Management
