Job Summary
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology and Data teams to fill up process and data silos
- Execute GTM with day-to-day tracking with Sales, Marketing, Product, Credit Operations team
- Understanding of Lending Business, Experience of working with Loan Distribution firms is a plus
- Knowledge of Database and DB configurations
- Lead a team of Data Analysts, DB Configurators
- Highly process oriented, ability to execute work in a process driven environment
- Knowledge of Financial products or eagerness to learn
- Good Team management skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Product Operations domain
