Lead Analytics Job in Decimal Technologies

Role:-

• Study the available data sources with Decimal and develop an information flow to enrich data for analytical usage
• Identify use cases to be enabled using available data in BFSI domain within existing processes such as customer onboarding, lead management, collections, loan origination and management etc.
• Procure/ Create data sources mandatory to enhance effectiveness of data science delivery quality
• Delivery of prioritized use cases from analytics standpoint.
• Development of generic capabilities such as voice to text, text to voice, OCR, face recognition etc.

Skills Required:

• Experience in exploratory data analysis, feature design, statistical methods and predictive modelling
• Algorithm selection basis problem statements. Knowledge of regression, classification and recommendation methods.
• Proficient with programming in Python (must have)
• Domain expertise related to BFSI use cases (must have). Experience in lending, collections, credit scoring mechanisms will be an added advantage
• Ability to write code as per production standards making usage of relevant coding standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills

Qualification -Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or Masters in Statistics from a premier institute
