Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Ensuring scheduled service to all customers within the fixed time frame given by the sales department
• Personally looking into and when necessary attending to the key customer service
• Feedback on Customers Satisfaction
• Field Staff training: Ongoing Training the sales field staff
• Product Training to the new sales team
• Complaint Handling: Ensuring customers complaints are attended to in the scheduled time and customer satisfaction levels are high
• Building Brand Ambassadors in every coconut town
