Job Summary

To coordinate with all departments for smooth running of operations.
To maintain documents and associated formats for ISO, as per standards.
To maintain DPR book, mechanical log sheets along with records for preventive maintenance of various equipment.
To ensure all necessary inventory requirements.
To review all material requisition forwarded by stores and subsequently passing in to the purchase department with all the necessary technical specifications of the material to be procured.
To take active part during shifting.
Preparing monthly rig site attendance.
Preparing fooding & travelling allowance for rig site employees
Preparing rig site DPR for invoicing purpose
Preparing transport indent of rig sites
Check daily DPR, mechanical log sheet and consumption of diesel
Guide to junior staff for prepare the list of require material for maintenance and Rig site and further place the indent and follow up on it
Preparing the All Rig short DPR and Brief DPR , Mechanical log sheet
Preparing Rig side the indent
Indent follow up from Store department and Purchase department
Collect the material list to Rig site

Salary : Rs. 15,000 pm
