Laravel Developer (Full-time, On-site) Surat, Gujarat

We are looking for a skilled and motivated full-time Laravel Developer to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. In this role, you will focus on designing and building web applications using Laravel, troubleshooting implementation issues, and collaborating with both front-end and back-end developers. You will also be responsible for testing and ensuring the functionality of both user-facing and backend systems.

Applicants should be prepared to share examples of their previous work, and may be asked to complete a coding challenge as part of the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build web applications using Laravel, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and debug code to maintain performance
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers to deliver seamless project outcomes
• Test and verify functionality for both users and the backend
• Ensure smooth integration of systems and components
• Scale projects based on client feedback and requirements
• Maintain and optimize web-based applications

Basic Requirements:

• Degree in programming, computer science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with PHP, unit testing, and API management (e.g., REST)
• Strong expertise in designing and building web applications using Laravel
• Ability to track and report progress on tasks within Laravel
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging code
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with front-end and back-end developers
• Experience testing both user-facing functionality and backend systems
• Knowledge of integrating various technologies and ensuring smooth system operations
• Ability to scale projects and make improvements based on client feedback
• Commitment to maintaining and improving web-based applications

Proven Skills & Technical Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience building efficient, reusable, and testable PHP modules
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design/querying
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
• Practical experience using the MVC architecture in web development
• Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple teams (design, development, optimization, testing, and deployment)
• Effective communication skills, both for team collaboration and client-facing interactions
• Comfortable presenting work in meetings with clients and management
• Experience discussing project goals and requirements with clients and the development team
• A strong desire and capacity to continuously learn and grow in the field
