Business Development Manager/asst.manager (food And Beverages, Confectionery) Job in Della Group

Job Description:

1.Market development & execution for a new range of innovative dessert and confectionery products, in B2C and B2B modern trade channels to increase revenue
2.Assist in development of marketing literature, take product pricing decisions execute marketing & display initiatives for different products in conjuction with Marketing Team
3.Establish new distributor network for high serviceability of modern trade and ensure sales, establish effective brand tie-ups for display and sale of products.
4.Dynamic sales forecasting for stock requirement; coordinate with Logistics
5.Track modern trade and retails accounts regularly, update on market developments & opportunities for generating revenue. Identifying Opportunities for Bulk Consumption Business Units and achieving the same. Bulk Consumption Units Would Focus On:
-Clubs
-Hotels
-Caterers
-Malls
-Gourmet Food Stores

Job Expectations:

Candidate preferably from HORECA / FMCG background having good market knowledge and Proficient in Food and Beverage Sales.
