Job Description:

Della Leaders Club (DLC) is a global club of entrepreneurs, professionals and young leaders. Requirement / Hiring is for the launch of DLC OTT portal and target group is Corporate.

1.Supervise and mentor a team of copywriters.
2.Manage the quality of all copy deliverables and ensure they meet our standards for creative excellence.
3.Work with Account Managers and Planners to ensure creative concepts are on brand and strategically sound.
4.Nurture junior talent, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
5.Where applicable, craft copy and content in accordance with the brief, the brand and the creative idea.
6.Working with members of Strategy, Client Servicing, Technical, Creative and Project Management disciplines within DLCs business as well as external parties and clients to ensure the delivery of pitches and projects in line with agreed time, cost and quality constraints.
7.Be accountable for the quality of final deliverable - creative, grammar, spelling, syntax, overall integrity of communication.
8.Should handle & manage a team of graphic designers and copywriters and help in promoting a product of DLC.

Job Expectations:

a.Should be an expert in writing for paid media creative, text ads, display banners, native ads, SEO, website content, and other creative performance marketing requirements to garner results through digital.
b.Should have strong editorial and copywriting skills, including a strong sense of how to organize and stage interactive content, craft copy in various styles.
c.Experience in writing for multiple digital media platforms.
d.Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
e.Ability to comprehend, create and adhere to each clients brand guidelines.
f.Strong attention to detail and organization.
g.Excellent teamwork/collaborative abilities.
h.Must have the ability to multi-task and meet agreed deadline.
