Job Summary

Job Description:

-Making sure that the transition is smooth and the warehouse is operational and running.
-Resource and work allocation according to the pending SO list(Trading as well as manufacturing). Hence prioritizing, planning and allocating the vehicles (canter or truck) for dispatch according to the schedule prepared and documented. And ensure that the timely delivery happens.
-Ensuring that each product to be transported is well packed and delivered without any damage.
-Closing POs and submitting Bills along with POs, and GRNs to Accounts department for processing.
-Coordinating with Accounts department for freight payment, verifying all the freight bills of primary and secondary transport so that the same can be timely processed by accounts department.
-Inventory control, MIS report and stock reconciliation and periodical verification of stocks at the warehouse.
-Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
-Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation/Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management
