Work you ll do

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Qualifications / Skill

As a SuccessFactors project manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors, a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solution. Your job description may include the following:

  • CertifiedSuccessFactors Performance & Goals Managementpractitioner with an experience of 5- 10years, Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Implementation count between 2 - 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Calibration, 360 and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning will be advantage.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
  • Certified in SuccessFactors CDP and Succession Planning is a plus
  • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Actively participated in Design, Playback and UAT workshops.
  • Good Communication and Team work skills.
